...What else?... to SLEEP! ,_,Today was mainly just a workout day for me. I was going to do my arms today, but it's more tired out than I thought. So I concentrated on my Back and Legs today. Workout went really well today, plus I got to introduce and know about the supervisor woman working at the gym. She's so friendly!~ Talked quite a bit about her gym experiences and mine.
And I drank a whole cup of milk today... *barfs*
