Panda

So now that you all know I'm a panda now and that I'm an endangered specie, you better treat me well! I have the right to not like milk... cause I love bamboo more...

Not this bamboo, but I do like too

so today, me and friend went shopping at downtown. We first visited Leone, a independent carrier store in Vancouver which carries clothing from top brands names like Prada Linea Rossa, Armani Collezioni, Versace, Dior, D&G, Rock & Republic, Energie, etc. My friend bought a sheeny shirt, which looks pretty nice on him. Has a baggy look to it, so it fits well with his black jeans.

Sheeny!~

Energie! Favourite brand! =D

I tried it on too, though it's a lot more fitting on me. I have the bulkier body, so I am usually able to fill up shirts and tailored items nicely, kinda like how models do.

Fitted, somewhat

Not fitted... or fit for that matter

Then we went to the major mall of downtown Vancouver, Pacific Centre. Explored Holt Renfrew, Harry Rosen, Hugo Boss, and Energie, but didn't really find anything interesting. Then we went to Robson street, our main shopping street. At AX, there is apparently a sale going on, so we both quickly got a bunch of nice looking items from the racks and tried them on. In the end, I bought a tshirt that I wanted from AX for a while now. My friend bought the new squarish necklace, which will go well with his outfit for the incoming bday parties.

My wings~ I'm such a good panda o.o

Necklace for the blingy

Then we ended going to FIRST Burberry flagship store in Canada, which opened 1 week ago of yesterday. Lots of really nice stuffz, but they are missing a lot of items at the moment cause they don't know where to put the extra shoes and various other goodies. Maybe next time I visit, they'll have everything there. =]

End result of a day's cardio workout~

I was too tired yesterday and even today, so I didn't do a full workout today. Consider it my weekly workout break. I'll visit the gym tomorrow for workout on biceps/triceps.

And sorry if I didn't answer to your posts sometimes. I'll answer to the days I missed when I can. Sleeping late doesn't help! Plus need to do some errands tomorrow for home sake. =P

Plainedsa

So all this mysteriousness and image issues are starting to get out of hand. Really. Seriously. I understand. I really do. I feel the way everyone feels...even Waldo!

Why can't you recognize me?!

It makes sense that one with no identity on the net is just a blogger with no life. That pic must be fake. How can it not be? Like... COMEON(paris hilton style)! This guy could be a fatass for all we know and all these postings are just random garbles taken from other sites. Heck, the workout log could be randomly generated from one of them MILLIONS of health and fitness sites.

So I guess I'll need to make a stand. A big stand. One where people will know the grandOR of me, the ESSENCE of who I truly am. I cannot hide anymore.

So, everyone...

*deep breath*

смущено

Lol...somehow there are guesses I'm in the first picture in the previous post. hah~ I'm embarrassed! o_o

Sorry!... but I'm a tad bulkier in size, more towards the model guy in the second picture. Plus he has a cute look best suited as my bf...

Middle? Yes?

There's ABSOLUTELY no way I can be as thin as the first guy, even if I am at 2% fat. Besides~... I need to be the bigger guy to hold down a boy so I can...

...What else?... to SLEEP! ,_,

Today was mainly just a workout day for me. I was going to do my arms today, but it's more tired out than I thought. So I concentrated on my Back and Legs today. Workout went really well today, plus I got to introduce and know about the supervisor woman working at the gym. She's so friendly!~ Talked quite a bit about her gym experiences and mine.

And I drank a whole cup of milk today... *barfs*
Even the baby agrees with me

Ideal

Since this blog is essentially my workout log, minus the daily bits from my mind, I decided to focus more so onto the topic. Shiuji got me thinking, yet again, what my focus should be for my workout.

This question always boggles my mind:

"What is the Ideal Body?"

It's a question we all face, no matter how sanctified or non-bias one is, as we all must 'judge' by the cover of the book for every -thing or -one we see. Sounds superficial? But it's reality.

So the question is asked again, but to the context of my blog:

"What is the Ideal MALE Body?

1. Sexy yet edible...?

2. GQ Modelistic...?

3. Yummy Chivarly...?

4. Boobilicous Chub...?

I never liked milk. I'm not talking about its use in so many wonderful edible products like chocolate, ice cream, all those Starbucks drink combinations...

No. I'm talking about drinking it straight up. To me, it's like drinking a weird tasting water, a taste almost to the point where I thought I had a baby piss in my mouth. And don't get me started with the gawd awful aftertaste.

However, it's a compromise to drink this 'wonderful' stuff for the sake of my workouts. Yes it's good for you. Yes it makes your body get stronger. Yes it's advertised like it's the miracle drink of all time.

No I do NOT have milk... I need to buy some tomorrow

Yes yes...milk is 'good for you'. Sheesh

I like Vodka better though

Oh my~ Sure lots of yummy guys to look at today...

Tired

"Blood is not family. Family are those who love and support you, giving it all for you, no matter who you are or what you have done."

Believe?

I am angry. Even though Prop 8 had nothing to do with my future opportunity to have a gay marriage, it hurts me to be reminded on how much prejudice there is in this world.

Tears of... something

I was quite ecstatic when gay marriage came to Canada in 2005. I always supported and knew my nation will somehow scribe the union of love into our law. Canada now has PERMANENT gay marriage law, which is a relief considering it was questioned TWICE by the government on two separate occasions.

I wish I was more involved in the movement, though I was too young in the circle. So I applaud and thank those who helped accomplished such a daring feat. I hope in the future, I will eventually be in a bigger role in our small circle.

After all, I do want to marry...

Yearn for the freedom!

Getting ready to apply for some more jobs, some not related to my field. I seriously dislike the suspense on waiting for the employers to call for interview... it's like not watching the last 10 minutes of a movie!

Patiently waiting!...

I have decided to do focused workouts from now on, so there's proper rest for the area of muscle. Workout today was focused on chest:

Warmup
  • seated cycling 5 min 178hbps
Core
  • situps 24rep x2
  • leg raises 12rep
  • two legged plank 1 min
  • one legged plank 1 min per side
  • side plank 1 min per side
Chest
  • shoulder raises 12rep: 86lb
  • inclined press 12rep x2: 20lb
  • inclined flys 12rep x2: 20lb
  • dumbbell press 8rep x2: 20lb
  • dumbbell flys 6rep: 20lb
Finish
  • declined situps 12rep x2
I want hard and yummy chest!

Cardio will yet again be done tomorrow. Dislike cardio so much...but so good for you!

Lemon

Still can't believe it passed...

Ponder for a moment...

.

..

...

Woke up earlier today to shower and get ready for all-you-can-eat at "Fish on Rice" with Kent and 2 others. Was pretty good for $14, except for the parking around the Broadway area. Damn I hate parking. Didn't bring my camera along, so this pic will have to do.

Almost what we ate...

After, we went to Metro to shop around for a bit. Me and my friend went to the Bay to get his watch fixed. We were told to come back in 15 minutes, so we went to the Olympics section. Apparently, there is a Olympics sale happening, so my friend bought the large Quatchi doll!

So furry and cute!

We later decided to go to Bubble World for a drink and to chat a bit. I got the Strawberry Milk Fresh Fruit, which is what I usually order if i go to Bubble World. Everything else for milky they make are a tad too sweet and fake tasting!

Lot of chatting had to do with personal life of each of us, especially Kent. (*smiles* =] ) It's fun learning about each others' experiences in the circle. Considering the circle is pretty small, it's good to know more about people within. Consider it like an exclusive community. Gotta stick together!

I then went to a friend's house to eat dinner and watch some shows on his computer. I know there won't be time for workout today, so I'll do it tomorrow for a bit longer. One of the shows was the Sailor Moon series, particularly the last season of it. Always loved them biatches fighting each other! Hai!

In the name of the moon, I'll punish you!

No you can't! I'm Sailor Guts!

No one can defeat... my Star Gentle Uterus!

Oh! but I can... by taking your Princess of Fragrant Olives!

I went all lemon crazy just this week, which includes today. You know how good lemon tastes~ Lemon flavour anything is pretty damn good! First bought the Minute Maid lemonade drink from the dollar store, then it continued it from there.

Love

"Life is a series of pulls back and forth. You want to do one thing, but you are bound to do something else. Something hurts you, yet you know it shouldn't. You take certain things for granted, even when you know you should never take anything for granted..."

...Sounds like a wrestling match, I say.

"A wrestling match." He laughs. "Yes, you could describe life that way."

So which side wins, I ask?

"Which side wins?"

He smiles at me, the crinkled eyes, the crooked teeth.

"Love wins. Love always wins"

--- excerpt from "tuesdays with Morrie" [40]

...what's YOUR priority?

Love is a mystery. When you want some, you don't get any. And when you shy away, it may flood you...

...And for those who are all along patient and appreciates the generalities of life, an angel will eventually fall for you.

key word: patiences

Woke up with an urge to play the piano. It wasn't urgent or anything. I just wanted to. I wanted to feel more ALIVE~

I personally have 3 songs which are my favourite pieces to play every time I touch the piano. Each have a distinct purpose stuck to them.

My cherished pieces

1. Melodies of Life - memories of my grandma, and auntie Jullian

2. Aeris' Theme AC Variant - reminder on love & life

3. A 10 page unknown song - expression on tranquility and calamity

In other words, it makes me damn relaxed before I go to the gym to do an hour of cardio. <_<
  • Seated cycling - 1 hour at 100kph : ~162hbps (403 cal)
Went to Cute Pearl Tea House today with a friend. We had a plan to get takeout and watch movies at my place. We bought quite a bit since we were a tad hungry.

Condensed Milk Toast, Pig Intestines, Fried Chicken Nuggets, Lychee Black Tea, and Green Apple Smoothie!

We watched the "Memoirs of The Geisha" first, which was very interesting with the dilemma on geisha's forbidden love. Kinda Catch 22. Then we watched an old Chinese movie "Marry a Rich Man", a romantic comedy about a girl's pursuit to find love and marry a rich man.

All this love stuffz...ha...

Flowers are dying...
